If those questions are pertinent, they will be added to this page.

Q - [X] is not covered in the terms!

If there is something that you believe is not covered in terms, or may not be stated in a understandable manner, please contact me with further information so I can rectify that.

Q - [X] is not attributed correctly

If there is something on this site that is not attributed correctly, in regards to licensing or an error in the source citing, please contact me so I can rectify that.

Q - What does "link where feasible" mean in the terms of use?

I would like derivatives to be attributed to the its original source (source's name - author, as an example) so that a general sense of connection between the pieces of content can be done to the source material. Though it would be great to insert a direct link back to the source, it is not always feasible (audiobooks, physical visual art, etc.).

So, instead of having it read as "attribute and link" which would cause some persons to break the terms, or "attribute and/or link" which can be ambiguous depending on who you speak with, making the "attribution" mandatory and "linking" not manadatory only when it is not feasible seems like the best middle ground at this time.

Here's an example of attribution (your phrasing may vary) with and without linking:

This work is a derivative of "Lord Night" by VoXil.

This work is a derivative of "Lord Night" by VoXil from https://voxil.net/works/audible/lord-night.

Q - What's the difference between a collaboration and a request?

A collaboration is a project where I would do something (for example, provide lyrics) for which I would commit for the duration of the project. Most times I will be invited to be apart of a collaboration. A request on the other hand is somewhat akin to a free commission. They don't get as high a preference in terms of completion due to collaborations and commissions having a higher priority, but I try to get them done as quickly as possible once I have the time.

Q - Why did you reject my collaboration request?

If I decline to work on a project with you, a reason will be given. Most times however, it's due to a lack of time on my part because of other commitments, or because of the short timespan that I will have to work with you on your project and I believe I won't be able to get things done in a proper manner. I'm sorry, but please try again at another time.

If you still believe that my reason for declining your offer is not satisfactory, you can always contact me for clarification on the matter.

Q - What if I want you to commission a song in a genre you're not strong at?

Most times, I would have to decline the commission as I would not want to charge for something that I cannot provide in a quality that the price demands. If you insist however, I may a longer time as I would want to ensure that it's the best I can do even though it's a genre I work with often.

Q - Can you discount more?

Short answer, no.

Long answer, no; but maybe. The fixed price per line is there because I don't discriminate based on configuration type (CV, CVVC, VCV, etc.) and as such, charge a flat fee across the board. Discounts are provided based on amount of sets (pitches and expressions), whether the reclist is from a member of ASSSS (Association for Speech and Singing Synthesis Scripts), and/or if you're a return customer. In rare cases, a further discount may be applied depending on the situation but that's on a case by case basis and cannot be applied as other discounts. If you want to find out if you can have your price reduced, please contact me for more information.

Q - I don't like how you oto'd my bank!

I'm sorry if that is the case. I offer to fix and update otos that I did for those that may have problematic samples that I pointed out during the process, but outside of that situation, my otos are final. I always provide periodical updates during the process as to ensure that you, the commissioner, have an idea on how the bank is going and if you have any suggestions that I should take into consideration and as such, all possible methods who have been taken to ensure that you received the highest quality product possible. This is also my insurance as you would know exactly how your bank is being done, and the opportunity was provided for you to cancel at any time.

Q - You're taking so long on this request. Can you speed it up?

As requests aren't commissions, they are lower in priority and as such can only be completed when I have the time to do so. I apologise if I'm taking a while but if you want to get things done faster, you can commission me if it is possible.
